Still getting “Increased battery drain while stopped” after new battery?

Title says it all. 2013 BMW 328i

I’m not sure how I’m still getting this message after changing my battery. It seems like something is still drawing power but I have no idea what?

I bought an aftermarket screen with a backup camera, but I’m assuming it’s not the culprit since I can’t connect to Bluetooth while the car is off.

After I turn the car off and lock it, im hearing a noise from the engine bay for a decent amount of time (20+ mins).

Any ideas before a synthetic draw is done?
