    If you are handy then drill/tap. Or find a close sized piece of tubing, heat it up and let it melt its way into the opening. Then, after either of these, options make a significant batch of PC7 epoxy and reinforce the whole neck and nipple. It may last a day or it may last the life of the car. But as others have said, the best thing may be to replace the radiator
