Help with Engine Misfire, Dodge Ram

hi there, I have a Dodge Ram 2500 1999 5.2L V8 I have recently been trying to solve 2 cylinders that keep misfiring and throwing codes. Cylinder 5 & 7 according to the codes. As I get past 60kph and accelerate slowly it shakes and raddles the entire van, but if I floor it no shakes. So Everything I’ve tested. New Spark Plugs Compression tested above 120psi on a cold start on both Cylinders No moisture or visible wear on distributor cap Have yet to get new spark plug wires. If anyone has any ideas, please any help would be great! Thank you

Could it possibly be fuel injectors are out on those cylinders? I had to change fuel injectors to get rid of my misfiring Codes.
