Your cooler isn’t mounted properly or you’re using a cooler that is inadequate for this chip. If this is something that has happened before with an AMD chip at idle then you need to look up how to install a CPU cooler properly. Your CPU will run terrible if that’s your idle temps nevermind load temps.
