Okay so my Passo has run 68k. Recommended engine oil according to my Japanese owner manual says 0W-20 or 5W-30. Which one would you recommend for the best fuel efficiency (manual says 0W-20, but also says that’s for when the car is new)? Temperature rarely falls to 0°C here.

      Thanks. Should I be sticking only with 0W-20 no matter the total mileage? Can you recommend some brands? Asking because the summers in Pakistan can get pretty hot.

        Any of the “name” brands should work. If you’re skeptical you can always just get the official Toyota oil from a dealer (comes in quart bottles).
