A couple of drops of a latte spilled on the dash a while ago. The buttons were a little sticky but ended up working perfectly after a few days with no stick. However, after a couple of weeks, they just do absolutely nothing now. Can’t turn off auto start/stop(which means always driving in sport cause I hate that feature so much), traction control, etc. The dealer quoted $2400 to replace it. Any other ideas before doing that?

You would have to disassemble it and try cleaning the circuit board, if some component is fried then nothing you can do.
