Am struggling with whether to buy a new 2023 Outback with the CVT transmission. I usually drive my cars into the ground (300K+ mileage) but am concerned about the reliability of this tranny. Option #2 is a Honda Passport. Thoughts?

I own an '09 Nissan sentra with over 300k on it. Transmission seems to be ready to head out soon; I’m at the “it could technically give up at any moment” stage
