Out selling doesn’t mean it’s a objectively better console. It’s been known in the speed running community for some time now that Xbox objectively is better due to faster loading times. The loads are fast enough to compete with pc speed running load times for some games.
Loading times… that’s your judge… then I’m sorry to tell you that PS5’s SSD is twice as fast and nearly all multiplatform games PS5 loads 30-40% faster. And in fact PS5 allows you to load save games directly from the home screen.
Also, the PS5 uses standard PC M.2 SSD’s to the cost of upgrading the storage is about 1/3 of the cost of the proprietary xbox SSD cards. And PS5 can support an SSD as large as 8TB vs 2TB max on xbox so if you want more than 2TB you have to buy more over priced cards and swap them all the time.

Both consoles out perform PC for loading due to the nature of direct storage. You can do it with PC but most titles don’t bother.
