Dealership stuck a bolt into the firewall that caused heavy cracking and metalic noises when turning wheel and going over bumps after repair attempts from the dealership to fix the noise over a lemon case i opened with toyota eventually they called all the problems fixed i could still hear the same noises and kept the bolt stuck while my lemon case got denied . So i had no idea of this bolt stuck in my firewall until yasterday when i took it to an outside mechanic .basically the screw in a bolt too much into the firewall it got stuck there and cant be unscrewed and already caused a damade that can be heard. What actions should i take at this point?

You should play that is the only thing they did. Shop are known to do alot more bad stuff to customers who complain or are not hot.

Would it be too much if I said “The dealership probably didn’t understand what the problem was either”?

Ah yes I see the problem here. So Toyota won’t do a thing until it’s contacted directly from the dealer. The only option you have, assuming it’s a new car, is filing for lemon law. If the car is older and out of warranty then idk what to tell you. I guess don’t trust a dealer service next time?
