The device costs a little bit more in exchange for access to the app. I got it because it was on sale and had the ability to read abs codes.

Body Work. Questions related to dings, dents, accidents, paint and so forth DO NOT belong here. Take the car to an auto body repair shop who can give you a qualified estimate.
