Toyota carbon emissions soar, now more than Australia, as it seeks to slow EV uptake

Toyota’s reported carbon emissions soar after being forced to account for the use of the fossil fuel cars it makes.

Worlds biggest ICE car maker Toyota just admitted it had far higher emissions than it previously claimed- up 45% to 575 million tonnes!

That would rank it 12th among the highest emitting countries, next to Canada.

Time to change stance on EVs maybe?

    Not just the sub. In large parts of US and EU we were apparently able to sell silver bullets to the public so effectively.
