Timing/shift solenoid issue

I got a p0785 code saying that there was an issue with my timing/shift solenoid. So I went ahead and changed all of the shift solenoids on the valve body but the code didn’t go away. What’s the next step, Do I need to take it to a real mechanic now? I drive a 2002 Chevy s10, 2.2L, L4, 8v
