Car won’t move after turn it on, but if I do it again it would and the lights on the dash would disappear. Happens if I turn my key really fast.

If all those are on while the engine is running, it means you tow it to a mechanic. If those lights are on before the engine is running, it’s fine. A lot of lamps usually light up as the vehicle is “self-checking” when the car is in accessory mode before the engine turns over.
