This is in a 2020 stock Camry and it seems to be a button. I didn’t want to press it. I’ve never driven Toyota but I have driven Lexus. It appears to be broken.

Save this pic so they can’t try to charge you. Looks like power mirrors and it should have a knob on it, which seems to be missing
I’ll bring it up to them when I’m back, thanks for the advice
