My mechanic told me the front passenger ball joint needs replaced , I thought I’d try it myself assuming it’s the joint that connects the hub to the LCA now I’m wondering if he meant tie rod end
Any ideas what he’s likely referring too, he just said ball joint.
The ball joint is the ball joint. It’s not a nickname for anything. It’s on your control arm. Often times it’s easier to replace the whole control arm instead of pressing out the ball joint.
