I need to update the firmware for my car to be able to add Apple Carplay to it.

Can anyone provide me with the files or links for the latest firmware update available? I need both the REINSTALL and the FAILSAFE files.

My car is a Mazda 2 2015 Diesel Japan Import, but I live in Malta, so I believe I can update the Firmware with the EU version.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

    I don’t think you need the Failsafe anymore as the software is all together now. A week agoninuodated my CX-5 to the latest software and it was only one file.

    I am sure if you google around a bit you will find the EU software. I only have the NA version.

    Have you checked with your local Mazda dealership? They should be able to provide the latest firmware update for your car. Good luck!
