Bleeders facing up?

Have. 2006 Toyota Avalon Limited. Took a look at the front brakes the other day to confirm it needed rotors as well as pads. Noticed the ebleeder on the drivers side is pointing up and is located on the front top of the caliper. Is this right? I always thought the bleeders pointed down. Don’t want to put new pads and rotors on if it turns out the caliper is on incorrect. Thanks!
