Just did my oil change, ended up having a defective oil filter. Once I started my engine, the filter gasket allowed oil to spray all over engine compartment and leaked out half of the new oil under my car. fml, gotta buy more oil and do it again- my question is, do I gotta worry about any regulations for cleaning about 2-3 quarts of oil spilled in my parking lot?
