Has anyone experience towing a small camping trailer, eg teardrop, with an EV? Power should be not a problem, but what about degradation in range? And charging the tow EV?

Lots of examples towing with an EV on YT. From small to huge tows…
480Wh/mi for a Tesla Model 3 with a small boxy trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0vKCcK6Y0s
EPA rated at 255Wh/mi (without the tow).
So: expect 50% of your normal range.
The car does need a GOOD thermal management system to prevent it from overheating. Not every EV will be a good car to tow due to this. Tesla, Ford F150 Lightning, Rivian are able to tow for a prolonged period of time. The rest = ?
Charging is often not set up for pull through, or the parking spots are too short to accommodate a car with trailer. That means you often have to get rid of the trailer in order to charge & reattach it afterwards.
