I am a uni student with a minimal budget, camry 04/05 is one of the cars that I have enough budget to get. Is that a wise choice?

What is its fuel consumption(a 70-little fuel tank is very large to me)

If it need to be repaired/serviced frequently? (20years old car)

Worth upgrading it to the 2006 version with about a 40% increase in price?

I am not a sporting guy, don’t even know cars. Welcome and appreciate giving advice.
