Car mixing oil and gas

I have an audi a4 b8 2009 2.0t quattro. I use premium 93 gas and 5w40 oil. The car is mixing oil and gas, I can smell it when I open the oil cap. Also the oil level is high which comes as a result of the mixture. Has this happened to anyone before? What do you guys think could be the problem?

Leaking injector probably. And the code. Possibly so much gas went into the oil that it diluted it
