Hey guys, I’m the market for a low mileage M2 comp, are these tires the original tires that would have come with the vehicle? Car has 11k miles on it in the north east.

I’m curious if they were replaced because of track use. Just trying to check for signs of hard driving and abuse.

    Pilot super sports were stock on my 21 comp. I track my car and it doesn’t phase it. You would need to see in person. Look for black smudges under car from rubber being thrown around on track (it gets everywhere and near impossible to clean it all off). Most M2 owners I run into treat them as a collectible and no track days.

    No, those aren’t stock. They appear to be Continental DWS 06 all season tires. Definitely not what it came with from the factory.

    it’s a M2, chances are it is abused. jokes aside… would 11k miles warrant tire change, probably depending on location and dealership. most reputable dealership network would replace tires under 6/32. In reality it’s not a sign you should look for people that track the car.
