I was recently in a Mazda dealership in Pennsylvania. I was interested in a NEW 2023 Mazda 3 turbo that the dealer had on their lot for about 5-6 months, they couldn’t sell it most likely because of the color. When I asked for lease number on that specific car, I was told that they could no longer lease 2023 models. Is this bullshit. They did try to push financing on me right after they told me they can’t do a lease. Was that just complete bullshit so they could make money off of financing? I’ve never heard any dealer say they can’t lease a new car.

I read that they are no longer leasing the sedans. I’m not sure how accurate that is because I read it here on Reddit a few months ago. A guy said he was already leasing one and when his lease was up wanted to lease another and they told him they would lease him a hatchback but Mazda was no longer leasing sedans. Sounds kinda weird to me but you can still find his post on Reddit if you look.

Is it a sedan? When I was working at a Mazda dealer I inquired about leasing a mazda3 sedan. I was told Mazda does not offer leases on the mazda3 sedan, only the hatch.
