Pretty sure they can be sued for false advertising for a materially incorrect claim on either towing capacity or mileage etc. So it’s a safe bet they are materially accurate - obviously under ideal scenarios.
Under non ideal scenarios, I’d imagine you could expect a 5-10 % drop in performance. And I assume a further 5-10% drop in performance after 5 yrs when the batteries start to degrade.
