I live in a bad neighborhood in NJ, close to Camden, lots of Kias and Hyundais got stolen or broken into during the height of the Tiktok challenge so I don’t feel safe getting EV6 or ionic 5, there are some Teslas but like 2 out of 100 cars. I just want a EV that looks like a regular car and not eye catching. I have a Chevy Cruze now so I don’t want to get any more Chevy because it was such a unreliable car. Anyone that lives in bad neighborhoods with EV and what’s your experience has been like with safety?
I live in Staten Island. I have a 2019 ionic ev. Lot’s of catalytic converters have been and still are getting stolen. Kia and Hyundai have been targeted. I’ve had my car 4 years and nobody has even touched it
