    In Germany, it would take me 1.5 years to pay for the car with my net salary.

    In the USA, it would take me 0.6 years to pay for the car with my net salary.

    Salaries in EU are lower, taxes higher, and the car is more expensive…

    I work for an in international corporation so I can directly compare salaries/bonuses based on rank and hierarchy.

      Your tax includes tons of things we peasants have to pay for in the USA. Healthcare alone would probably cover the difference in your higher taxes, I pay over 1500 a month for a family of 3. Thats a huge tax
