if it were me, i’d consider using a smart motorized shade kit and integrating it with a home automation system. it could give you the control you’re looking for without the need for a chain.

To answer your question, you will want a ZigBee or WiFi chain motor.
Hartman and Forbes. They use somfy. Quoted ~$350/shade
It’s slightly more expensive than some of the other the other suggestions but I would hire three people on rotational 8 hours shifts to stand by the blind and raise/lower it on my command.

There may be a more turnkey way, but I would use a dry contact reversing switch with a DC motor driving the chain from the bottom.
