The mechanic we go to always seems reasonable, but just wanted to get an idea, since I’ve never had either of these done before.

Depending on the price of the shocks(I’ve always replaced in pairs), amount of play in the tie rod, and labor rate. I can see it being a fair price, maybe a bit steep
