Because if youre not doing manual shifting, and youre just driving around town, the way the car shifts itself is track oriented, so youre wasting gas and looking goofy keeping your car in high rev for no reason 🤷

Unless you configure sport individual mode, but even that revs a bit high for just driving in morning traffic
