Isn’t pulling the shifter over just a quicker way to put the car in sport mode? I didn’t think it was any different aside from letting you use the shifter or paddles for shifts
It puts the transmission in a sportier mode where it takes around .2 of a second to change between gears instead of .36 in other modes. (Times vary depending on model of ZF8 speed you have)
