I’ve had this car for a year now and it has been a great drive so far! Average consumption of 3.3l /100km (85.6 MPG) over 30.000km (18.750mi) driven. As I live in The Netherlands, driving is mostly short distances. The electric range suffices for city driving while the efficiency of the ICE is used during fast highway driving. Not having to stop to charge during roadtrips has been great as well. I have had no electronic/mechanical issues whatsoever. Idrive 8 has grown on me but I still sometimes miss the physical buttons and the comfort of my non-hybrid G31…

      No the suspension and overall comfort is good! But because it is a PHEV and carries some extra weight, the suspension setup is a bit stiffer than a an ICE 3 series or ICE 5 series which has rear air suspension for that matter, it does mean it feels very planted on the road and makes the drive sportier!
