Hey so i drove to philly to visit a friend. I parked on a street where you could park and i checked cuz i parked there last time and go no ticket, and I asked the university police if i was allowed to park there. This time i went i parked in the same area. I checked my car at 2 am and it was still there. The next mornibg i woke up and there was a sign saying temporary tow zone. I cant find my care anywhere I contacted the police and since its a sunday nada. I am panicking and i dont know how to get home because my parents will kill me. They dont know im in philly.
