Hi folks, just wondered who has experience of travelling to areas where charging infrastructure isn’t quite as developed? I’m thinking of driving to the Isle of Skye for example and there are a few chargers but would mean having to make a couple of detours and hanging around a while whilst I got a charge. Was wondering if I can just charge from a three pin from the airbnb also. I’ll be wanting to travel around a fair amount on the island as the sights are quite spread out. What are your experiences? Any good tips or tricks?

In the Western US we pack an AC adapter and the backup plan is to hit an RV park. Never traveled in the UK but there must be a similar thing with the caravan culture there. We have excellent infrastructure where I live relatively speaking but communities are 60-100 miles apart and some more remote areas don’t have electric at all, so you have to be prepared.
