2020 Buick Encore 40k miles - heater fan making loud noise

Hi guys, my far away grandma got her cabin filter replaced. Now the car sounds like an airplane is landing when the heater blower is on medium high to high setting. Any idea what could cause this?

Probably a leaf or something fell out of the old filter without them realizing
