Hi again! I just posted earlier asking if eBay parts were safe, but thankfully some of you enlightened me and introduced me to rock auto.com. I went on there and selected some break pads and rotors. However, like I said in my last post, I know nothing of cars and their parts. So how can I be sure I selected the correct parts for my car? I heard some people saying they’ve order parts that said they were compatible with their car only to find out that they weren’t. I want to avoid returning parts if possible. Could you guys help me figure out how to tell if the parts are correct?

I drive a 2003 Honda Element. I believe it’s 4 cylinder.

    I just want to say that buying the absolute cheapest brake parts you can find is generally not a great idea
