I replaced all 4 pads, just a replacement, didn’t rotate the rotors or anything and the breaks work great, but there’s a God awful sound when I brake and a squeel when I drive, also, when I release the gas pedal, the car slows down Please help

No sir but the old pads were grinded metal to metal almost paper thin, I have a mustang and had to twist the pressure cylinder to get the new pads on but they were completely flush so unless the caliper or rotors were warped I don’t see big of an issue with the pads
