      Native sacred sites are actually registered, etc. no such registration was done here. claiming it was a sacred site was just a hail mary by the NIMBY-type environmentalists, mean to manipulate the court and people like you.

        It is the “NIMBY-type environmentalists” who are pushing EV’s and resultant Lithium mining.

        In this case it was Native Americans over location to artifacts.
