Looking for some honesty here. We see a lot of people posting about how they need to find a $3-5,000 car, and can’t Finance something for any number of reasons.

Are you just starting out, messy divorce, lost it all gambling, Nigerian prince scandal, medical bills, old car broke down unexpectedly and didn’t have any money to buy another car, or maybe you just wanted the most basic hooptie that will get you somewhere, etc etc? What ~$5k vehicle are you driving, and what was the main reason behind it?
