Recently bought a 2014 Tacoma with near 100k miles. The dealership gave a us better used rear tires and I saw this when they took off the tire. It looks rusty & after a week of owning it I have begun to hear a squeak when I brake at low speeds. Especially if I’m turning.
The drum brakes might need service. Obviously we can’t tell because there’s a drum in the way. The rust is normal also. Shit gets hot.
