That’s all the harness is…they crimp the ends on then slam it into the plastic port (the part you see) Whatever was plugged in here is fucked up. Gently pull it out. It’s just like a socket.
It’s not broken. That’s not even the obd port. That’s an accessory plugged into the port that is broken… whatever it was is still plugged in to the port. Port is fine definitely not broken.
