Hello mazda enthusiasts, fans and the rest.

I got a new mazda 6 straight from undernith the Japan hammer aprox 7 days ago.

I noticed a very strange thing related to music… sound switches from right to left and from left to right for no aperent reason 🤷🏻‍♂️, im not sure why this happens, any ideas? Is this a bug a feature and can this be sorted out ?

Its a mazda 6, 194hp, europe edition 2023 with 11 bosse speakers.

    Need more info, and a video would go a long way towards helping.

    The other comment indicates that you’re using nav. In most apps, the audio ducks and my intuition says that the driver’s side gets quieted more than the passenger’s side.

    If this is what you’re experiencing, then setting the navigation volume to 0 is the issue. You must mute nav in software to stop the duck-switch phenomenon.

    If that’s not what’s happening then post a video and go from there.
