Thank you all, had a overheat and took care of all the recommended issues. I have a steady tick just under halfway now from the pic. It’s steady on that spot

Coolant temp sensor could be skewed. If you have the 2.0 turbo it’s on the back of the head and an absolute nightmare to get to.
