I’m trying to fix the wipers on my 2009 rav 4, which were only working on high and just recently stopped working altogether. just checked the wiper motor and saw it isn’t receiving any voltage, have checked the fuses already so I’m assuming it’s the wiper switch. the screw on the steering wheel just isn’t coming out! sprayed some wyd 40 in there to see if that would help, but it still won’t budge. I’m using a T30 screwdriver which is apparently the right size. has anyone encountered this before? any tips would be much appreciated!
Move the plastic cover unless the issue is you can’t break it loose? Use a t30 socket instead of a screwdriver. Or find someone stronger to turn it
Need a T30 male socket and a ratchet to break it loose.
This is a job for that dumb ass Harbor freight ICON mini ratchet set. 😂
Add a 3ft cheater pipe to the ratchet handle and hang on it.
