Just left the shop and heard a big POP and couldn’t move forward. Looked under and saw this poking into my tired. Other side is cracked too. How screwed am I?

Not too bad. You’re not screwed. It’s a simple repair for almost any shop and should not be too expensive. Glad it happened at slow speed and nothing further happened!!! Be safe

  Me too, happened turning a corner downtown. Thank god not on the freeway
