We all know the most revered models like the RX-7 and Miata. As well as the best selling models, like the CX-5. But there are so many Mazda models that simply do not get the love and attention. Some of these models are great! Do you have a favorite that is less noticed?

Personally I love the CX-3. It’s a compact, lightweight, AWD, unique vehicle that I find hilarious to drive.

There’s also the Mazda5, which has fully independent suspension front and rear, light for a van, and has fantastic utility. I think it’s a shame that these models are gone, but few people bought them, so they we discontinued.

I’m biased here since I own one, but the Mazda-built B-series is terminally underrated and would sell like hotcakes in today’s market. I can’t tell you how great it is to not have to climb into the bed to load large items (even the current small trucks on the market are pretty tall). It’s shorter than most modern truck hoods but just as capable. I’ve probably hauled more stuff for the house/my woodworking hobby this year than most modern trucks will see in their entire lives. I have a driveway with fun toys like a Wrangler and a 911 Turbo and find myself choosing the B to run errands or just hop around town. Slick shifter, super simple steering with tons of feel, and despite approaching 250k miles it just starts. every. time.

I’d do some questionable things to have a B series, even though I haul precisely nothing!
