Hello, i recently replace some modules (example: bcm, etc.) with the same car year and model, do i have to reprogram to make them work with the car vin number? If i do whats the best tool to reprogram jaguar modules

When it comes to modules in a car some times they are plug and some require more. I’m no jaguar expert but with most cars you’ll have to use a factory scan tool or a scan tool that specializes in jaguars to reprogram it, in addition a lot of luxury cars will vin lock the modules, if this is the case you most of the times have two options, penny up for a new unprogramed one or send it out to some one who will physically open up the modules and transfer over/ reflash what ever it takes to work with your car
