Don’t get me wrong i hate no one. It’s just a poll.
Because I’m forced to and do not have the patience to transfer what I have in iCloud and AppStore to anything but Crapple. And my son now has Apple ID with an iPad I need to have family share to manage his use and he loved Minecraft. I can’t jump ship.
It’s the top three for me.
I wanted a small phone (went with the 13 mini) but from 2020 all the android manufacturers decided to make pocket TVs
I wanted an apple watch and they go together.
option 5: I test it to see myself if I like it or not
Not just “good phone” it’s the best phone. It always has been and probably always will be.
Fuck Reddit.
Also you.
Waiting for Google to un-f*ck their Pixels. Tensor and those crap under-the-screen fingerprint scanners are deal breakers.
I got my first one in 2008 when there weren’t any comparable devices. It does what I need so I’ve never had a reason to get something different.
I switched from Android to iOS a while ago because i bought myself my first Apple Product for a while; AirPods. I was missing the integration in iOS so i gave the base iPhone 11 (in purple) a shot. Instantly i remembered my good time with my last iPhone, the 4s. After that, i bought myself an iPad Air 5 + Pen. iPhone + iPad worked perfectly so i kept buying myself Apple Products. Next in Line was a MacBook (MacBook Air m2), my old Laptop was dying so i gave the Mac a chance. iPhone, iPad + MacBook works even better. Sidecar and Universal Control are awesome. After that, I bought an AppleTV 4K and my old SmartTV had a second live. After I dropped my iPhone 11 in water, the FaceID stopped working, so I waited for the iPhone 15 release and preordered the 15 Pro and I love it! + I ordered the new AirPods Pro 2nd Gen USB-C. I just love the ecosystem and the integration…
I loved the 4s I still have mine haha
I picked “It’s a good phone” but it’s more because of accessibilty tools.
Lack of quality competition. I’ve owned all the phones, used all the OS’s. Especially with Android, the hardware quality control is all over the place. Samsung phones, Google phones, all of the ones I owned had major quality issues with that were deal breakers. I’m also at a place where I want less customization and tinkering. Also, Android not knowing what to do with a tablet pushed me to iPads a while back.
iOS + best phone in terms of build quality + best customer support + best handoff (MacBook, iMac, iPhone)
It’s slightly less shitty than an android
I mostly use it for iMessage and iPhones get better trade in values than Pixels.
