The black bushing on this part is starting to break apart slowly. My suspension also creeks sometimes very loudly and I think it’s this part.

Also what is the purpose of this part? Is it a type of stabilizer? It goes from the frame to the control arm

    I believe that would be a torsion bar. You can find replacement bushings for that online. But chances are if that bushing is deteriorating, the control arm and ball joints are probably deteriorating as well. The squeek might be coming from more than one spot. But you could start there.
