Everytime ac compressor turns on car starts shaking and rpm drops by 200 from normal. Compressor turns rpm goes back to normal car stops shaking.
Replaced mounts, cleaned maf sensor, checked spark plugs.

There is often a solenoid or sensor that raises the idle speed when the a/c is on. Not knowing specifics on that model but given the age vac leak is the first look for. Then perhaps rat damaged wire. It might be controlled by the ecu in which case you’ll get a scanner on it and check to see if the ecu reports that the a/c clutch is on.
