The 2018 has a hub bore of 56.1mm. These wheels have a 57mm bore. You’re gonna need hub rings so you dont get any vibration. The offset is +42mm they are closer in board and won’t poke out as far, but there’s a risk they will rub. You’d have to put them on your car and turn the steering wheel to full lock left and right and see if they rub. If they do a 5mm spacer will solve that problem
